why doesn`t the illusion go away when you cover one or the other up, because its not an illusion.

If you cover one up and look at both independent they should look the same but they don`t.

Chelesuarez, the color isn`t different, when you take a picture containing the sky you will have a gradient... from top to bottom, from right to left- it`s never one simple color!

The darker part of the sky is in the left - it`s the same picture
