Yes, but this is because of the lights, not because of the car itself. A good example and proof of this is "Jacklighting," stalling an animal with a high powered light and then shooting it.

So something else was up with this deer, after the first shot, never mind the close-call second, it should have sent the deer packing.

This is the kind of "hunter" who will take his rifle out of the safe once a year to go hunting and never practices. So obviously, he's a horrible shot and his rifle isn't even zeroed properly.
