you guys are missing the point. It's not the customer who pays for the damage. These guys cause the damage before insurance adjuster gets there, so the insurance company will pay more. The customer never even notices because they fix it as if it came in like that, good as new.

That's what we ALL are paying through higher insurance costs because of these assholes.
