go to his website, the theory is actually quite well thought out, with no obvious failing features. As a proper scientist, any and all theories claiming something other than the accepted theory must be looked at with critical, but open-minded, thought. If his data is seen to match more closely with observed phenomenon, than he may be on to some process of plate tectonics we never noted, because we never looked. If it doesn't, than he's wrong in his assumptions, and we go back to where we started.
