This commercial was obviously before its time:

British researchers found that regular swearing in the work place allowed workers to express their feelings better as well as develop social relationships.
But researchers stress the need for knowing when such language is appropriate and when it is not is important. For example, swearing in front of senior staff or customers is not a good idea.
