Training for weightlessness aboard the Russian IL76-MDK in Star City, Russia. The plane flies parabolic arcs, providing about 30 seconds of "zero-G" inside its huge 3 meter by 20 meter cargo bay.

This looks really really fun though... I can't imagine what it would be like to feel weightless. I guess I'll have to give it a try someday. Who's with me!?

What would make it more fun is if a few of them suddenly got air-sick and ralphed everywhere during a weightless moment... longest 30 seconds of your life (trying to dodge free-floating wads of yuck that is).

Actually, the 'weightlessness' that is experienced in orbit is actually a perpetual freefall. Just an interesting tidbit you might enjoy.

i doesnt look like complete weightlessness to me for some reason. its like if they stop moving totaly they slowly sink back down to the ground.
