Canadian Moose - 6-point Bull #4

I went hunting with a couple buddies of mine today and we came really close to getting a 6-point bull moose, but there was a van who chased it down a road and spooked it. We chased the moose and I got some pictures, but my buddy's 7mm rifle hadn't been used in a while and the sights were faulty. Here's the third picture.

It's a 6-point bull moose like the title says. The racks are just very hard to see (most hunters know this). Regardless, I was with a Native and they are allowed to hunt pretty well whatever, whenever, wherever.

and a van filled with a small family can feed you for an entire year if preserved properly. Man that stinks that would have been a good kill. Might explain how he lived to be so big. Him and the van are both in on it. what kind of rifle was your buddy using?

He called it a "7mm" with ballistic bullets (explode on impact). It's a pretty big gun. He has shot and killed a moose before with a 303. Too bad he never had that this time, since the sights on that are fine. It definitely stinks since it would have been such a perfect setup had the van not scared it away. The van passed us and knew we were hunting, yet still decided to herd it up the road instead of just swerving around it. Damn hippies.

just wondering ive only gone bird hunting in argentina.
