thailand is known for their hugely creative yet low budget commercials
there have been some sweet ones posted on here that have won international awards...the tire commercial in which the dog gets cheated on is an example

Every time there comes up a funny or interesting non-English commercial, it's gotta be stereotyped as "Chinese" or "Japanese" or some Asian country.

I have to say this again, but to all the non-Asians out there, you really don't see Asians saying "<insert non-Asian country's name>".

You have to respect the rest of the world before you will ever be respected.

they look thai, but an easy key for foreigners is the way they talk. thai men say "kup" after many sentences during conversation, and thai women say "kah". the guy uses both in the commercial depending on what sex hes pretending to be.

educational sidenote: redbull ("krating daeng") was invented in thailand, but apparently is much sweeter there and more suited to thai tastes. a foreign businessman happened to try it while there, and got his very successful idea, bought the rights to foreign sales, etc., and changed the taste and created a "designer" can to suit the western market. now theres all these spinoffs
