Well I think what he is trying to say is that any vehicle that does a jump such as this, the moment that the rear wheels hit the end of the ramp which in this case if you see it the moment the front tires go over the end of the ramp it goes down so that the rear tires dont hit the end. This prevents the rear wheels from pushing the front of the car as they go up. Thats why the videos of the fat lady on the motorcycle flying off the front of the cycle after it hits the ramp is so funny. Pay attention at a lot of those videos and you will notice how the moment the rear wheels hit the ramp the front goes straight down.

I hope this kinda explained what he is trying to explain on the heading.
