it is fading in volume between the last note to be played (the high one). like umm.. the last note played in the track is followed by the next note after that in the start of the track. so when you hear it you think its going up an octave.. but it always ends up on the same note at the end.. and then the next not up at the start agian... listen carefully to the last highest note... it is always teh same note.

had me confused there for a bit.. but i worked it out.
