He will mostlikly stop mispronoucing the his t's in a few years, my brother had the same problem and so did one of my best friends, my brother had to have a malformed muscle in his jaw cut so that he could pronounce his t's properly, but my buddy just grew out of it around age 6. and yea its funny as hell :)
