Security Breaks Child's Arm

Girl drops a cake and gets wrist broken for it. Then the mother is charged and fired for asking a security guard to be punished. If this doesn't prove the US is already in a police state, I don't know what does. How could a principle of any school side with the security guard in a case like this? Let alone two seperate schools.

man fuck this i went to this school for a while. all the kids think they are above the law and have no fucking clue about shit. all she had to do was follow what the security gaurd was saying and she wouldnt have been hurt. and knowing the type of people in palmdale they are going to pull the race card faster then you can blink

Something just seems fabricated here. When they interview her, she seems to be making the story up as she goes. I don't know if she's just nervous, but the way she was talking about it seems pretty made-up. The officer was undoubtedly out of line, but something just seems to innocent here.

wow donkeyshow you obviously support kids get their bones broken, and them and their parent/parents get arrested for accidentally dropping cake on the floor. If it gets any worse in the US then kids will get stoned to death for being late for class. Complete and utter BS, if they somehow loose the lawsuit then I wouldn't be surprised or opposed to them burning that piece of shit school down with all the administrators and the security guard inside.

i got suspended for school once from dropping a crate of eggs when i was taking them to class, but this has gone too far, seriously, breaking a girls arm for a cake? She already had a fucked up birthday to start off with the cake, then suspending her? The admin and gaurds should be fuckin shot to death.

i don't believe this story at all. here's how it really went down. girl walking with cake, probably one hand talking on cell phone with other. cake slips. girl, "fuck" <keeps walking and talking> guard, "hey, you need to pick that up" girl "fuck off you clean it it ain't mah job" guard grabs girl and pulls her over. girl starts fighting, guard restrains her. blah blah 2 weeks later they go get a fake medical done up and start suing.

that's more likely to be the true story
