Hahaha, actually this is from Belgium, but they speak Dutch there. It's called "Kabouter Plop".

They also wrote another song that was so catchy and stupid, it stayed in the Top 40 charts for 3 weeks long in Holland.
I think it even stayed on #1 for a while in Belgium.
