What do you expect him to say-its a compuond bow being shot from the same distance every time indoors with the same arrows why would the speed change all the sudden?

I actually seen this done by him in real life, there was a fair and he was there, it was pretty awesome. He definately had the crowd talking. I don't think he was on the show until after I seen his act.

If he wants to impress me, he better do it closer, 75 feat??? thats a little too far!! Its not that the mythbusters were wrong, they just didnt try that distance, I mean 75 feat!! ANYONE could do that on 75 feat, why doesnt he try 25??

yhea, in mythbusters, the mechanical hand didnt moove forward to absorb the shock and soften the catch, they just attampted to catch it at the exact moment it came through the hands

timing and practice...
He grabs and with it the arrow at precicely the right moment.

If the archer takes one step forward or backwards.. he has to practice the entire thing over and over again untill perfection.

If you want.. you could do this too.. with a LOT of practice.
