In the United States, many minorities are seen as "perpetual foreigners". Although these minorities grew up in the US, and is culturally American, they are stilled viewed as "them". Case in point, read up on Wen Ho Lee, he was accused of passing nuclear secrets to China, which were ALL FALSE. White people still view minorities, that grew up in the States, as having ulterior allegiances for their nation of ancestry. If China fights the US in a war, Chinese Americans are not freaking robots with some kind of Star Wars clone trooper "Order 66" that will make them automatically betray their nation. It`s pure and simple xenophobia, why the hell do you think Asian people tend to live in large cities? To lessen the chance of getting their head bashed in with baseball bats for being born the way they are. Hate the people that move American jobs overseas, hate the people that makes the US a less competitive nation.
