for those who dont know, jeet kune do is the system that Bruce Lee invented. the whole idea behind it is having no specific style that way you can adapt to be able to fight any opponent.

An explanation of Jeet Kune Do without the 3 principles of it is pointless. They are:

1. Breathe properly and smoothly(exhale while striking)

2. Strong hand forward

3. Do not attack the same place twice in successive attacks.

Edit: I am not making this up. I read it in Martial Arts magazine about 10 years ago. These are principles as described by Bruce Lee himself. Reading is fun. Some of you should try it.

wanna be a good fighter? 3 rules:
1- Don't waste your energy in useless hand gestures
2- Stay focus and keep your guard up. Don't ever lose sight of your enemy
3- Evolve your fighting style and know your limit. Don't fight agaisn't multiple opponents. Force them to fight one by one and quickly take them out.

That's it. Your ready to be the next Chuck Norris.
