Well, that was about the funniest thing I've seen on a news channel.

Its a real shame that with such a fantastic moral guide that the bible provides, it doesn't say anything about loving others and turning the other cheek and the golden rule.

Maybe we should petition the pope to add those clauses to the bible.

This is a good video. I`m a Christian, and I can honestly say that I`ve met an equal amount of overbearing and closed-minded Christians/Theists and Atheists. It`s not really a battle of what you believe, it`s how you believe-- everybody believes things differently and to a different extent. There are as many types of atheists as there are types of Theists.

Some Atheists just don`t believe there`s a God or Supernatural Being at all and just live life happy knowing that fact and there are some that feel obligated to spread their beliefs.

Similarly, there are many Theists who believe what they believe for whatever reason, use it in their everyday life and are happy with it. Others are evangelical about it and spread their beliefs as strongly as they can.

It`s impossible to lump all Theists... or even all Christians into one boat, while lumping all Atheists into their own boat-- its senseless and can lead no where at all.

I just try to keep open-minded and encourage others to be the same, like he said, be willing to put your beliefs up for inspection. I`m always willing to listen to a person explain their beliefs to me as long as their open to hearing my own personal beliefs.

Sadly, these folks on CNN are useless...
