I dont think you people acually know where apple is currently in this world. I am web designer and a programmer. I take college classes in both subjects and ive used both windows and apple interchangebly. First off id like to say going from a windows to a apple is exacly like going from a manual transmission to a automatic. This is why when people first buy apples they tend to throw windows away. Ive been using windows since i was 6 and it has taught my everything there is to know about computer hardware. DUE TO THE FACT EVERYTHING GOES WRONG. There are always errors on a windows. Apple never gives you errors and if it does it usually explains what the error is and exacly what it is caused by. Apple is like an automatic working with it will give you huge amounts of spare time. No errors to deal with. I installed a fresh copy of windows XP prof. yesterday, i loaded up windows movie maker for the first time.......and i got an error without even doing anything to it. Seriusly windows needs to get its act toghthere before Apple does overun it. You might complain about software. Windows has 5 different word processing programs because none of them works hense the famous nerd/geek oxi-moron... Microsoft Works ...... apple does not need 5 different word programs. Also 90% of the computer games run on both apple and windows. A apple with a 256 MB of Ram and a 1.5 ghz Proc. is equivalent to a PC 384 MB of RAM 2.2 ghz. Simply put Apple owns hardware wise.

Automatics are easier at first but then you realise you can't do any fun shit with them, can't do any real fancy braking, drifting, accelerating... Your freinds (except the lazy, female or ones who can't drive) will be taking the piss. But now I understand these new age hardcore nerds a bit more, melvins who use Apples must be either lazy, girls or people who can't actually do anything with a computer (well, basic stuff anyway)...
