^^From what I know, how many votes and how high rating an article has to have to reach the front page, is decided by how many uploads there are waiting to be promoted. I'm not exactly sure how it works, but you don't necessarily need 100 votes and a 3.00 plus rating to make it to the front page. The system kind of sucks though. Some videos stand in line with a 4+ rating and 99 votes for days, while some are promoted with a 2+ after 50 votes.
And Davy's uploads are Admin uploads so they make it directly to the front page (I think anyway...)
But how he got a 25+ rating to begin with on one of his videos, which is still the top ever video with a 7+ rating, I'll never know.

that's why you don't go in a bike with someone who doesn't really care if you live through the ride, by doing wheelies while you're on it and all kinds of crazy stuff.
