Yes obviously fake. My brother and friends and me play with those cardboard wrapping paper tubes all the time, and they ALWAYS bend/break way before they even start to hurt.

It is fake, but I don't think it's blood capsules he has in his mouth. When the video first starts and he calls his brother, listen to him. Both times he talks he has something in his mouth it sounds like. Right as soon as you see him before he gets hit, his mouth looks like it's full of something. Then bang and he spits it out.
