And after Faith, you have to wonder...did these people do that on purpose to make their dog popular as well? Just cut the BACK legs off and teach it how to walk! Then WE'LL get on the news!!

hey tokix... if they did that they would have to take it to the vet.. therefore the vet couldl tell if the legs were actually cut off and therefore resulting the the arrest for animal cruelty...
