deadlifting barely applies to fighting. there's a reason the top fighters in the world are at the 100-120 kilo (210-250lbs) bracket. she'd kick a lot of peoples asses. but not if they knew how to fight.

also 220 is a huge deadlift, i definately couldnt get close, but there are men around who could do almost double this.
