Maestro, type Bruce Lee into google and read more about the man. His training sessions, and what people say about working with him will shock you. He makes UFC fighters look like pansies. Of course he could get overpowered by some people, the man kept himself between a certain weight range to be fast as hell. If he wanted to, he could have probably doubled his size (he gained 30 pounds in 2 weeks).
