umm, just to tell you guys there are a few kids that are this fucked up EVERYWHERE. i remeber watching the news about this kid in grade 9 who has like 50 feline charges against him in the states. and there are a shitload of teens (12-18) that have been fucked up by meth,heroin ect... soo ya u cant simply look at 1 person and say "hey they all most smoke opium like him their fucked up".unless hes the president/leader then you can look at the states and say is everyone retarted like him? and thats a NO, only around 35% are /point rednecks

Comments like this just shows how ignorant the west is to middle eastern countries like Iran. (another reason why trying to enforce western idealogies will never work, since it seems most of you have no idea how people there think).
No buddy, it is not acceptable in Iranian society for a 9yr old to smoke opium. But seriously, you didn't need me telling you that did you?
An adult smoking opium in Iran will be sentenced to prison. But again, you didn't need me to tell you that.
Yes they have morals in Iran too! Thank the lord morals isn't a western invention! They also have working roads too. No its not all sand there. And contrary to popular beliefs, there are CHRISTIANS, JEWS and everything else in Iran too. But I guess you 'western christians' like to label the whole middle east as Muslim and condone comments such as "kill them all" etc.

Oh and as regards to what is being said.
The cameraman is the boy's brother, not father. He is just saying stuff like "hey what are you doing?" (in a manner that praises his actions).
The boy seems pretty fucked up coz he can't speak coherently at all. I couldn't understand a word he said.
