I dont mean to be a spoiler but one big twist in saw IV is that jigsaw could still be alive.. yep, that's right.
Pay a good atention to Saw III scenes where they explain how jigsaw fake his death in Saw I, they show how he used fake blood and the pill for stop the heart beating, he could easily prevent his death in Saw III. you may ask, but how he would know that his troat would be ripped?
That's jigsaw.
