ya it was her fault. The damage on the car that hit her was minimal. SHE FUCKING RAN THROUGH A RESTAURANT! THE IMPACT WAS NOT THAT POWERFUL.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^what are you basing that assumption on. Honda's gave pretty good crash impact zones. She should still get a ticket for failure to control vehicle.
