The biggest fall ever in sports history. Jake Brown falls over 50 feet during the Big Air X Games competition when he loses his skateboard after he launches off the vertical ramp. The announcers and crowd thought him dead before he miraculously walks away.

And every time I see the shoes come off or someone mentions it, I think of Dane Cook going, "His SHOES Flew Off. Sometimes when you [fall fifty feet] your shoes will come off."

You don't really see it on the shot they used, but at the very end of the impact, he kinda headbutted himself in the chest. I love how the announcers were almost saying, "HOW THE FUCK ARE YOU NOT DEAD!?"
