This is honestly on my list of things to do before I die, and is one of the main reasons I want to go to japan.

I hope someone posts the other report I saw, where it shows that chefs have to lock the remains in a tin (with some hazard symbol on it) and have it discarded in a certain way. It also mentioned that make sure you have a licensed chef, and let him know if you feel ANY tingling or Numbness... no joke.

Yep, I live In japan for the time being and the tell you all about it before you eat it they show there License and everything its quite expensive too.
