Why would you post this complete garbage song? It finally got off the constant play list every fucking minute on the radio.. Greenday sucks ass now. Repetative talentless garbage.. This is also a sad attempt at an America bash.. they don't actually say anything interesting or intelligent in the lyrics.. CRAP song, 0.5/5.. fuck right off sexwheel, you're a used douche!

It's equally popular and specious to many to cry "sell-out" as soon as a band has a huge hit like Green Day did, without any objective regard to the merit of the song itself.

Green Day's been popular for a hell of a long time, and they've had radio hit upon radio hit over the years. No one says they're sellouts for "When I Come Around", because now it's classic.

If you don't like the song, you don't like the song, but give better reasons than those behind the completely vapid, spurious argument about them selling out. I don't think it's any worse than any of Green Day's other stuff, and I definitely think it's simple-minded to say "now *here* is the song that they sold out on", because as far as I can tell American Idiot is a genuine spiritual continuation of Green Day's style.

And if I wrote too much, my point was really this: fuck off and stop complaining. Music is extremely subjective. Turn off your radio!

I think this song is very much saying: fuck the media, propoganda, and any which government that controls it. That's why it became a hit. Anyone else that wants to trash green day is being stupid, just because they became popular doesn't mean anything. It's just means that they finally got a big pay-off for who they are.

Now here's a simple solution to this- just don't watch it if you don't like it.

Holy crap there is greenday on this..in my opinion they were always unorigional talentless shite and still are, i dont get why they are being labeled as sell outs since from what i remember they always used to be extremely popular among the under 16 population so i dont see the difference.
