What a sick F#*$, get Canada to shut the server down, he'll move to another country. Theres too much beureaucratic red tape, he wont be stopped... Its not illegal to find the address of someone's domain through various services (free) and finding site the owners address...

Sometimes people deserve a beating rather than going through a legal system.
