Originally released in 1997, Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions is a portable update on the classic turn-based strategy game that gave birth to the world of Ivalice. New features include all-new CG sequences, all-new jobs, new 16:9 widescreen presentation, new head-to-head multi-player and new storyline elements that refine the genesis of the Ivalice Alliance.

I remember seeing a Final Fantasy over the years video and they kinda skimped out on the best one. FINAL FANTASY TACTICS.



Some quick info:
-Multiplayer (vs and Co-op missions)
-CG cutscenes with Voice work
-2 new jobs (Dark knight and Onion knight)
-New Localization of the story
-Oct 9Th

i love an "epic" trailer with out single shot of actual gameplay, square enix will only be able to ride this gravy train so long.

Tactics was one of the best games for the Original Playstation. If I had a PSP I would grab this update so fast.

i still have this game....its sitting on my shelf with the rest of my final fantasy games....7,8,9,10,12....maybe i need to rethink about not getting a psp

The gameplay has not changed Hopium, so you can pretty much youtube the original for gameplay. If you havent played the original shame on you :D

Tactics always had a place on my top games. The style was different, and very addictive at the time.

This update looks awesome! I loved the characters in Tactics. (And I still think Orlandu, as awesome as he was, was a bit much for the game) This type of animation looks really cool! I'll have to borrow my bros' PSP to try this.

(And the retards who keep bringing up the FINAL aspect of Final Fantasy, read a bit on your history of the title, and you'll know why they still call it that. Noobs)

Darn it. I want to play FFT badly (and haven't yet - been unable to track down a PSX copy in the last year or so), but I don't know if I actually want to shell out for a PSP just to play it.

final fantasy tactics was the best FF game, in my opinion. great strategy, great storyline, great graphics for it's day. the end side quests were great too. I am so happy this is coming out.
