This happend on Industrial a few blocs from my office building. We watched the whole thing. Crazy stuff. The tanks shooting up and exploding sounded like on Half Life 2 when you throw a flaming barrel up in the air with the grav gun. you could hear the echoing explosion.

Also, it wasn't gasoline as in auto fuel.
It was acetelyne, nitrogen, and oxygen gas tanks.
and the description is very wrong. It didn't abruptly go out after 20 minutes. There was a huge fire nearly all day.
