That looks un-salvageable (unless the tide hight in that area is reasonably high) but im sure someone would find how to take the cargo off, weather they are the owner or not is a different question

Pretty sure this is the APL Panama stranded off of Ensenada Mexico for 2 months. It was salvaged, took 2 months though...
