Well, you seem to be for the war, so you have that over alot of the troops over there who think the war is totally unwinable. Plus your still young and able bodied so yeah you can serve. This is where I'm torn.

I'm not a Bush supporter, though I voted for him twice. First time around I thought he would be better than Gore. Second time, I just couldn't stand the thought of flip-flop Kerry in office rolling over for anyone and everyone who bullied him a little.

I'd like the war to end and see the troops come back home, more than anything. I send over 2 CARE packages twice a month, and donate money to local families who send to it to their serving family members' unit.

I don't believe much from the reported news, only what I hear from those who have served or on leave. Most of them feel as though they ARE doing something good and most of the Iraqi citizens are happy to have them there, but they feel left behind with the lack of support they see on the news they get.

Most of the insurgents are foreign to Iraq...coming from neighboring countries...

It's just upsetting that shits gotten this bad. But that dude should've had some solid facts before trying to engage a grieving mother like that...he's a fucktard for trying.
