walteronirce even though its Arizona and not the real south some of them would take offense to being called a Yank, to them a yank comes from up north.
His whole logic is screwed up because it doesn't stop crime or deter it from happening much the opposite it creates more crime. Because it says lets make more things illegal so we can fill more jails and then we will make the old people work in them. Oh and all of those new inmates we will use as cheap slave labor. On top of that were going to mix all petty criminals and hardened criminals together so that when some one dose get released they are a worse offender then when they went in.
On top of that the people making the arrests are not actually trained police officers but reserve private citizens who are armed and empowered with a false sense of authority.
But this is the same kind of person who would arrest people if it was illegal to be black and then accuse them of being breaking a law and say it was their fault for being born black.
According to him crime has gone down but the evidence disproves him and his tactics create more crime which is completely opposite to what he is supposed to do.
Him and every officer who was responsible for the wrongful death of that guy should be in jail.

redbaron13: The issue of crime rates in Arizona is just a tad more complex than one sheriff in one county. I can only assume you are too ignorant to realize that there are 15 counties in Arizona and that we are a border state which for several years was suffering a deluge illegal immigration because the Feds do nothing about stopping it. Ironically, our Democratic governor put the National Guard on the border long before Bush did.

Frankly, I suggest you come to Arizona, commit a crime in Maricopa County, and THEN tell me if you are going to ever try something that stupid again. Maybe spend a summer in Tent City...yeah, that'll surely make a hardened criminal out of you just so you can enjoy that experience again.

Or maybe you'll just move down to Pima County and enjoy the relative luxury you'll experience in the jails of our far more liberal Sheriff Dupnik.

If you'd really like to educate people, please dredge up the stats for REPEAT OFFENDERS in Maricopa County...instead of just pulling statewide crime stats out of your ass.

It amazes me the socialist attitude that making prison an unpleasant place to be can't reduce the rate of repeat offenders. They'd rather provide them with satellite TV, good food, and a free college education thinking that will actually rehabilitate them.

she didnt like it, but she has no choice. they wear pink undies, work chain gangs, makes them sleep in surplus army tents (from the korean war) outside year round. he feeds them green balogna (not spoiled, but close) and is one corrupt motherfucker.

he wont release documents regarding his spending that are public domain. he's involved in shady real estate deals, and has the state attourney wraped around his finger, so no one will prosecute him.

By the way, Arizona is nowhere near the south. we're located in the southwest. our western border is against california. dont they have maps wherever you're from?

this guy has it absolutely fucken correct, why the fuck should inmates be spoiled? they fucked up, and they shouldnt deserve a thing, why should we (taxpayers) pay to keep them in jail where they work out, have meals, sleep for free, if anything, the jails now adays make more crime, since jail doesnt punish, hell look at them, the inmates run the jails. 15:20 why was he bitching? he put himself in there and it looks like he learned from it, so in the end, it works,
