This show was pure genius, just the battle scene near the end makes this show one of the best and Jack continues to amaze me but I have to go find all the episodes and download them all 9 gigs worth... 5/5

It's a damn good show but like I said, the Japs have been doing better shit (DBZ comes to mind) for a long time.

It's such a shame... This show was marketed to little kids, when it should have been marketed like a DragonBall Z. Little kids just don't get the show. AWESOME episode...

How can you even compare the two?!?!?!?!

DBZ is fun, but that's about all you can say about it. It has never been known for amazing story telling or anything. Just characters powering up to a new level each week.

I can't imagine DBZ ever winning and Emmy (let alone 4 like Samurai Jack), and that final black and white fight was basically better than the entire series of DBZ (and I like Dragon BAll).
Jack is epic on an entirely different level.

Call me crazy but if you ask me this episode shows good and evil thats a duh but hear me out. As in like the last fighting scene you can really see how it ties in cause of yin and yang.

vote me down if you want, but this is just a really americanized version of old anime stereotypes. there are several animes out there that are just simply far superior to this in merit and complexity. cowboy bebop or samurai champloo anyone?
