I think the actual guy we've all heard plenty of times is Don LaFontaine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_LaFontaine), whereas this guy is Hal Douglas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hal_Douglas)..

In any case, I think this is hilarious.. Almost as funny as the 'Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' trailer in which they spoof the idea behind trailers..
