I live in England, and I admit my opinion on death penalties being reintroduced here are slanted by the number of times paroled murderers, rapists and terrorists have killed again....and I'm sorry, but I still feel that there are certain people who must be removed. I'm not talking about someone who kills a single person, or gets into a fight and kills the person, I'm talking about people who simply keep killing, violating others, and generally act like fucking animals.

Don't get me wrong though, I wouldn't want a simple death penalty system. First and foremost, we desperately need life sentencing to mean LIFE sentencing, not this bullshit "oh, good behaviour, you can be free in a few years after running down a mother, a child and an unborn fetus" crap. Then, I say that anyone who has been convicted of mass murder, or an especially heinous crime be placed in prison and some sort of act be used to investigate and exhaust all possible alternatives in any given case.

If the case continuously pulls up the person as a killer, and there are not only witnesses but biological proof of said murder, then these people are nothing more than vicious animals, and vicious animals who kill people are put down.

While not a deterrent, it'd remove the chance of them being released or escaping and doing this again, and with mass murderers, that can be all the deterrent needed....seeing as they keep killing. At the very least, if no death penalty is placed, we desperately need to void basic human rights to these fuckers who willingly murder others, deprive them of their lives and their loved ones of a spark in their life. They deserve no money through benefits, no jobs outside of menial labour (I'm sure there's plenty of places for track-layers, bin-men and such....England needs chain-gangs) and they need to be permanently tagged. Treat them like strays.

As I said, I've seen enough crap from our abysmal law system to probably have made my views biased....I just desperately want a proper punishment for anyone who would rape and kill children, adults...anyone.
