This stunt is dangerous to people passing by. Some people can be traumatized greatly from perceiving they saw someone die.

*rlr149 - and if a person walking by happens to be slightly mentally unstable it could be a catalyst for them jumping. You can't control the mental health of the general public passing by. And of course, it's always easy to just blame that fact on the person who got the unlucky straw of being born short a few cards of a full deck.
What happened to that guy who ran away? Do we know if he went home and shot himself in the head or maybe took out his whole family because he perceived that he was partly responsible for another human beings death?
