There is no way he could be breaking a law by being on the side walk. Depending on what country this is in, I'm guessing the States (I'm canadian, but I'm pretty sure it's no different). Obviously cops doing a buddy a favour/or just your usual power trip.

They let those religious "God hates fags" people have signs at funerals, but they would throw this guy doing a great thing in jail.

I say everyone who is willing writes this TV station and complains cause that is totally BS.

Mass amounts of formal complaints to their police department could possibly get some heat on those dirtbags. I honestly don't see a thing wrong with hungrr, I think the news guys should be the ones that should get in trouble. They were threating hungrr with both verbal and physical gestures.

This is in NY City. You must keep in mind, no matter where you are in the world, the police are not there to help you. They are there to serve and protect Business and people who have a lot of money interests. A charity is not one of those. Good on the mascot for not backing down.

In AMERICA we can stand on ANY street, wearing ANYTHING we want, saying ANYTHING we want, regardless of who's shot is fucked up. Out forum is the street, the internet, or any fucking thing we want because of the first amendment.

He was not doing ANYTHING illegal, he has the right to stand there and not be harassed. He can stand there and hold up a sign that says a good cop is a dead cop and it's all legal, know your fucking rights people.

He is not breaking the law. For the fact that he is on a sidewalk in the middle on NY (Public Property). Those cops probably took a $100 a peice and made that guy move.
