Immigrants are people who are not BORN in the country they live in. Not every American is therefore an immigrant. Everyone is a son of an immigrant, even Indians.

I just don't get why when it comes to China and it's 9.6 billion square kilometers, and the U.S, with it's 9.6 billion square kilometers, people suddenly get different opinions on whether or not they should be more populated or not.

When it comes to China, the most populated country in the world, everyone points to them as being responsible for the world's "over population problem."

When it's the US, oh, "they're just trying to keep Mexicans out. They're always Picking on the little guy." Blah Blah Blah. 302 MILLION PEOPLE dude. That's enough. I don't know about you guys, but it's tough getting US citizenship, no matter where you come from. Unless you're disgustingly rich that is. Oh, and those Mexicans who hop the fence aren't all rocket scientists or MD's.

I live in Mexico. Just like in most places, if you don't have any skills, you won't make any money. These guys don't really generally have many skills, so they get shit for money here. They know that in the states you don't need to have skills if you make yourself the modern "nigger." I know this, because some of these "wetbacks" are my buddies. They want easy money. But, they're also contributing to the over population of the US. I am not sure if this can be compared to the post WW2 immigrants from Europe, because, even though those Mexicans work hard, for example, my dad came to an unnamed 1st world country when he was 23 years old, with 5 bucks in his pocket, but 6 spoken and written languages in his head. But then again, maybe they can be compared to the Europeans.

The thing is, maybe, this isn't about keeping Mexicans out. It might be about keeping a SHIT LOAD of Mexicans out. And a SHIT LOAD sucks in any sense of the world, except a shit load of under aged Hungarian prostitutes. Am I right?

I have no problem with Illegal (note I am saying illegal) immigrants as long as they....
1.) GET A DAMN GREEN CARD
2.) Pay Taxes
3.) Not get paid under the table
4.) LEARN ENGLISH, at least a little, please

Back in the day when immigrants from europe were coming over here, they had to take tests. Language tests, disease tests, criminal tests, etc..

Most of the immigrants here dont go through any of those, and thats the difference. They are bringing over drugs, having babies for free, only deal with other mexican businesses, and when they get into any trouble they get deported back, but then they just walk back across the border.

Bottom line, learn some english, get some disease tests, pay taxes like the rest of us, and get a green card.

@ Darkmeister :I have a day job, and my night job is actually AT wal-mart, the 3rd busiest walmart on the East Coast. We have NO mexicans working there.

Most illegals get jobs at construction companies and painting companys owned by small businessmen. Larger companies would get in big trouble if the IRS finds out, and it would be harder to cover with such a large business. Small ones fly under the radar and get away with paying under the table.

and as for them being piss poor? hahahaha
Go to wal-mart at 2 in the morning, there are HUNDREDS of them paying for all their goods with rolls of hundreds of dollars. I happen to be friends with a mexican who came here illegally a few years ago. He was paid very well in construction, after being here for a month he was tired and scared of being sent back and he liked it, so he went and got his green card.
Now he runs his own cell phone / western union store, pays taxes, and still makes very good money.

While theyre usually on point with these shows penn and teller totally missed the point on this one. People dont hate illegal immigrants because theyre racist or because they are worried about the economy or overpopulation, they hate illegal immigrants because THEYRE FUCKING ILLEGAL.
