Yeah when she's older and realizes what he's really done to her and how much of an impact it's going to have on her life it's going to be a different story. I hope one day she finds a man that loves her and makes her happy.

Johnx64 is dead on,i was thinking the exact same thing. I suspect she will not be feeling so willing to forgive him when she is 16 or so and realises its tough to get a boyfriend,she cant play sports with her mates,she cant go swimming (properly) she will never ski, run down a hill etc,lots of fun things she does not fully understand at her age. Still a cute story,i would have liked to have seen the 'man's' apology.

Warren really seemed moved by the whole ordeal didn't he? I mean, I saw him shaking (not) I saw him crying (not).

I wonder a few things.

1. How does a 6 year old know forgiveness?

2. Will she feel that way once she gets tired of her wheel chair? Sure its fun and games now. But after getting stared at by people, going to places that aren't wheelchair accessible. Will she forgive Warren then?

3. Will she forgive Warren when she can never find a man that has a big enough heart to love her, handicap and all?

4. Will she forgive Warren when the government and State stop sending her disability checks? Or when they do they are barely enough to cover her health care needs?

America wasn't built on "forgiveness". It was built on death and warfare. This little girl has her whole life ahead of her. That cute little 6 year old hear and mind will turn into a bitter, angry human being in a few years.

Everyone, let's bow our heads in a prayer to the lord and the NRA for allowing people the convenience and "freedom" to so easily, and so inexpensiveley, to have the right to buy and carry fire arms.

The guy was shooting in the air to scare someone off. He wasn't aiming at anyone it was just a terrible accident.

Would you want to be labled a "criminal" because of an accident like that?

The little girl could grow up to be the President of America so don't take pitty on her: give her some respect.
