Well He knew the guy, Infact in the past the officer had assualted the shooter in the past, Turns out they had bad blood between eachother... They knew eachother very well. The Police department in that county is a small 3 person station so i think that county is really small so they probably see no reason to use guns against local they already know.

An ex-marine witnessed this happen and grabbed the cops weapon killing the suspect shortly after. both of them died as for the officer i belive he got what he deserved nice try being a tuff mofo maceing him n walking away now your dead.

looks to me like the cop car hit the other dude's car several times, and then this jerkoff went over and sprayed him with mace for no reason. Of course, that doesn't justify shooting him, but it does certainly justify an ass beating.

That use of pepper spray didn't look like it had anything to do with the law, and I bet the gunman knew it. I think the officer got his just deserts: a badge doesn't make you honorable.
