Nah sometimes people want to be a jackass to the police officer and pull over just on the white line so he would have to stand in traffic to talk to them. Mr.Semi put a stop to that nonsense.

if you look the vehicles in front of the truck saw the cops pulling someone over so they lay on their brakes to get a look and it just doesn't work that fast in a semi with 50,000 lbs behind you, and the trucker had some much going at once he probably thought the best move was to swerve and didn't see how close he was to the berm and the other vehicle
