I built a PC for under $500, it's highly comparable to the G5(4GB Ram, AMD x2, dual 512 GeForce7600 vid card, 7.1 SSS...), but I can play F.E.A.R, S.T.A.L.K.E.R, CoD, Rainbow 6 Vegas...and I don't have to throw it away when I upgrade.

Yeah, I really want a Mac.

haha nice..i despise apple for those commercials, it's such poor form to outright attack their competitors...it's just an act of desperation.
It never even gives you any stats of the machine, it just says "Macs are cooler than PCs so if you're cool you'll buy a mac." - a sign their target consumer are just dumbasses who know nothing about computers.

I thought someone was gonna get shot. You know this is one of the reasons I'm buying a Zune. Everyone and their mother has ipod and a lot of people have been bashing the Zune so fuck it, I'm rooting for the underdog.

The iPod sucks bigtime.
I have it myself, so I would know.
The battery takes ages to recharge, and lasts to damn short.
I can't just drag and drop songs into the "pod", I have to use fucking iTunes which lowers my PC's performance dramatically compared to any other music program.
And God forbid that I simply take the songs from my iPod and save them on my new PC. No, I have to plug it in every time I want to listen because I don't have the songs there anymore.
And I bought a 2GB Nano, and I get fucking 1.78 gigs of space. Apple owe me 10% of my money back. Actually fuck that. It's so frickin' expensive, they owe me 90% of my money back.
I was so stupid to jump on the iPod wave and not buy a Creative player. The biggest mistake of my life, and I've maid some bigass mistakes.
I've never bought any other apple product and I never will. They'll just screw me over again.
The only reason people actually buy apple products, is because of the "awesome" logo, and because they think that having an iPod, having a Mac or having an iPhone will make them cool. Well they're wrong.
And Apple have taken the "i" thing way to far. Who cares about the "i", and why the fuck is it even there? It's not like they're called iApple or something. When apple failed at getting the "nerds" to buy their crap, they concentrated on getting the "cool" people with no knowledge of computers whatsoever. And when all the "cool" people and celebs were seen with apple product, then younger people also wanted a taste of the apple.
So basically what I'm saying is:
FUCK APPLE AND FUCK STEVE JOBS!!!

And fuck the guys who make the apple commercial for being so unoriginal that they put the "Hi. I'm a PC"-guy in an ugly blazer every single f'in time.

Age old debate. PC's are the superior computer, period!

Mac's are not bad, but they are expensive, crash often, are for people that don't like to get their hands dirty. It does nothing better than a PC, it may do some things easier such as movie editing, but that isn't a compelling "kick ass, must buy" reason.

Sorry Mac. Your time has come and gone.

1. boot camp. Why make this if the Mac is so superior than your competitor?

2. Intel hardware. Thought you guys had the superior Motorola hard ware?

I don't get all this "windows is the best" "no macs are" thing. Its quite simple I prefer macs, so I use one. Other people, the majority of people, prefer windows and thats ok too. its not a competition, do any of you work for either company? Because if not it really shouldn't matter to you. Its kinda lame to sit online fighting about which one is better. No one is being convinced either way by reading any of these comments.

Im so tired of this bullshit rival game, each to his own! I love my mac, but doesnt mean i wouldnt buy a pc in the future, (especially so i can play counter strike, starcraft 2 etc, etc, etc...) Who gives a shit, as long as ur happy with what u got.

having a choice is awesome, i despise any company who unfairly tries to monopolise the market, and microsoft DID try to fuck mac in the ass.

Only a pussy who lives with his mother would say something like "fuck pc," or "fuck mac."
