^I'm not sure where you are going with that statement, but if you mean Black Adder is very old (i.e. 50+years), then you are wrong: The first series started in 1983. The forth one started in 89.
And now it's in reruns in many countries all over the world. So you would not need to be more than 8 to know of the Black Adder.

I think he's referring to the 3 hour long Army ad workaround that's been mentioned in a few places. Since ads target certain demographics, you won't get the Army ad at age 60. You get Viagra or something. So people changed their age (screwing up the annual demographics info Scienott puts out every year unfortunately) to the max.
