im sorry but this guy just wasted 10 minutes of my life when he could have just basically said:

"We need to take action because the consequences of us not taking action and global warming turning out to be true are far greater than the consequences of us taking action and global warming turning out to not be true."

dont get me wrong, i agree with his line of thinking, but it shouldnt take 10 full minutes to present.

Everything this guy pointing out, many of us already have thought about, already know or have obtained the information at some point, somehow. The thing is, this guy put all of it into a chart and thoroughly explained himself in a way ive never seen before. I liked the words he used and also agree to the idea of spreading this message.

screech: dude its 10 minutes... chill out. And YES, he does need to take the full 10 minutes to fully explain himself because he has to establish credibility with his audience. To give them reason why they should trust him. Once hes done that he broke down both sides of the story in a way which most people can follow rather easily.

Personally, i think this guys got a bright future ahead of him as far as his own successes go...if he sticks with this train of thought and writes a book. I'd buy it!

We do need to do something...but you need people to understand why theyre doing it, instead of just saying DO! - hence the full 10 minutes

(you werent very good at persuasive essays in high school, were you?)

The option this idiot forgot is "Get used to it and learn how to coop with it... with international treaties and etc...", wasting billions of money isn't going to solve the problem, it's just going to add another problem above the one we already have.... the only way is to learn how to be responsible and "progressively halt it" and not in one fucking shot! Only problem with this is... Why is it that acting on it and it's false causes global depression... But acting on it and it is true makes it so there is not a global depression? Just because it was money "well spent" doesn't make you have any more money. Whether you buy a Bentley or buy a house for your entire family you're still spending the limited money. Why does one cause a global depression but the other doesn't?
