I can't help but feel bad for this kid. You know his parents are the type who force this kind of shit on him, they would have seen a pattern a lot earlier and got him into a regular school or taught him a few things for the sake of his...whole life. Unless he was born with some sort of disability his parents need a donkey punch.

He has a pretty chronic social disorder, he seems to be unable to come up with answers to questions that involve an emotional response, as opposed to a logical one.

He has absolutely no ability to think laterally and no imagination.

When Jimmy asks him if he does things other kids do he needed examples he couldn't think for himself. He also didn't rate his excitement on the scale as it is imaginary and it is not a tangible object it is a feeling expressed on a fixed scale, this would blow his mind.

This kid has been hammered with the literal world, he's almost autistic. No imagination, no social skills, poor bloke. No wonder he loves spelling and maths, there is no grey it is all black and white, right and wrong.
