This is no joke.. Back in 89 I was tried on poaching charges (fishing out of season).. My judge at the time was judge hunington.. Bastard always had this clear glass of water (wink wink) on his desk..Gave me 2 days less than the time allowed to pay my fine.. Well anyways to make long story short, judge got busted because they tested his "water" and it turned out to be vodka.. So, wouldnt suprised me if this bastard was a bit buzzed...
