answer is to leave a gap mid way and set up the 3 in a line first and slide the last one in the gap :)

The easiest for me was to go backwards: move from two things touching to anyplace you wish (has to be logical). That at least shows you how you need to make your last move. Once you know the last move, you can try to get their from the beginning or continue to work backwards.
The only bad thing about this method is that the "allowed" moves backwards might not be realistic going forward. However, it was still a good tool for me.

The guy in the video must not be so slick, you can tell it took him alot of takes to get it right when you see his face, cause you can see the morning light instantly change into afternoon against his face.

Got it.

It's not very hard at all if you approach each step logically, thinking about whether that move will move you closer to the goal, rather than making a form you have already had. The hard part is switching your mind from coin-pushing mode to decision-making mode.
